Game Data Deletion
Choose the relevant CaveStein Studio game below. Include the game name in every request so we can identify the correct data and instructions.
SpOdd
SpOdd does not require a named CaveStein Studio account. It may create an anonymous Unity player profile for online features such as leaderboards.
- Open SpOdd and find your Player ID through the in-app Contact Us option, if available.
- Email contact.cavestein@gmail.com with the subject SpOdd data deletion request.
- Include your Player ID and platform. If you cannot find the ID, include a screenshot of the relevant in-app settings screen.
Match Garden
Match Garden is not publicly available yet, so there is currently no released-game player profile to delete. These instructions will be updated before release if Match Garden stores online player data. Questions can be sent to contact.cavestein@gmail.com.
What we can delete
- An anonymous player profile associated with an identifier you provide, where present
- Associated leaderboard scores and other online records controlled by CaveStein Studio
- Support correspondence where deletion is legally and operationally possible
Data on your device
Progress, currency, settings, notification preferences, and purchase status may be stored locally. You can remove local game data through your device’s app-storage settings or by uninstalling the game. CaveStein Studio cannot remotely erase data stored only on your device.
Website analytics
Use Analytics preferences in the website footer to withdraw analytics consent. This stops future analytics collection in that browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when required for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcing agreements. Store purchase records are controlled by the relevant app store and may require a separate request to that provider.
Timing and verification
We normally complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information when reasonably necessary to identify the correct profile and prevent unauthorized deletion. We will confirm by email when the request is complete.
